Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the nbje platform — this is a legal agreement between you and us.
General Terms and Conditions
nbje (bunjebd.cam) is an online gaming and entertainment platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") serve as a legal agreement between nbje and its users ("you" or "member").

Account Registration and Eligibility
Opening an account on the nbje platform is completely free. However, the following conditions must be met to register:
2.1 Eligibility Requirements
- You must be at least 21 years of age. Opening an account for minors is strictly prohibited.
- Only one account per person is permitted. Opening multiple accounts is a violation of the terms.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate and complete.
- The account is for personal use only — use for commercial purposes is prohibited.
2.2 Account Security
- Always keep your password confidential and do not share it with any third party.
- If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
- Allowing anyone else to use your account is strictly prohibited.
- You are solely responsible for all activity on your account.
2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
nbje reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. A national ID card, passport or other government-issued document may be required for verification. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until identity verification is complete.
2.4 Account Closure
nbje reserves the right to suspend or close an account for the following reasons: violation of terms, suspected fraud, irregular conduct, or failure to follow the responsible gaming policy. In such cases, nbje will have the authority to decide on any balance remaining in the account.
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
Financial transactions for nbje members are made easy and fast using the most popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh.

3.2 Deposit Limits
- Minimum deposit: ৳200 (per method).
- The maximum deposit limit is determined by the account tier and verification status.

3.3 Withdrawal Limits and Processing Time
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
- Withdrawals will be sent via the same method used for the deposit.

3.4 Transaction Terms
- All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).

- Suspicious transactions may be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with anti-money laundering laws.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
nbje provides attractive bonuses and promotional offers for its members. However, each bonus has specific terms that must be followed.
4.1 Welcome Bonus
- New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
- The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x — meaning you must wager 10 times the bonus amount.
- The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
- The wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.
4.2 Ongoing Promotions and Reload Bonuses
- The terms of ongoing promotional offers are published separately with each offer.
- nbje reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
- It may not be possible to use multiple bonuses at the same time — please check the terms of each offer separately.
4.3 VIP Cashback Program
nbje's VIP program has 5 tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
- Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
- Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback.
Cashback is automatically added to the account each week. VIP tier advancement is based on a member's activity and contributions.
4.4 Bonus Abuse
Any attempt to abuse bonuses — such as creating multiple accounts, placing artificial bets or placing opposing bets against each other — is a serious violation of the terms. In such cases, nbje reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
Gaming Rules
The nbje platform offers a variety of games including slots, live casino and cricket betting. Specific rules apply to each game.
5.1 Fair Play Policy
- nbje ensures a fair and transparent environment across all games.
- Using automated bots, scripts or software to gain an artificial advantage in games is strictly prohibited.
- Attempting to influence results by colluding with other players in a pre-arranged manner is a violation of the terms.
- If a technical error produces an incorrect result, nbje reserves the right to void that round.
5.2 Betting Limits
- Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game window.
- Additional limits may apply when placing bets with bonus funds.
5.3 Technical Issues
If a game is interrupted due to a lost internet connection or a device-related problem, the outcome of that round will be determined based on the data stored on the server. nbje's decision on this matter is final.
5.4 Game Providers

Limitation of Liability

- nbje bears no liability for issues arising from internet connectivity problems, device failures or third-party technical failures.
- nbje is not liable for service disruptions caused by force majeure — including natural disasters, cyberattacks or government directives.
8.2 Member Responsibilities
- The member is solely responsible for all legal obligations arising from use of the platform.
- The member is also responsible for fulfilling any tax or other financial obligations.
- Any loss resulting from allowing a third party to use the account is the member's responsibility.

Miscellaneous Provisions
11.1 Entire Agreement
These terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between nbje and the member, and replace any prior oral or written understandings.
11.2 Severability
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will remain fully in effect.
11.3 Waiver
Failure to enforce the terms in a specific instance does not constitute a permanent waiver of that term.
11.4 Language
The Bengali version of these terms is authoritative. In the event of a conflict with any translated version in another language, the Bengali version will prevail.
